## Rules for keys

* Keys live in one local file on the machine Claude runs on, readable by Claude, never pasted into a page, a document, a commit or a message.
* Claude never asks for or types a password. When a login is needed it opens the page and the person signs in.
* A key pasted into the chat is used and then stored in the local file. It is never echoed back.

## Email infrastructure rules

* Never send cold email from propertytheater.com or thenines.space. Three lookalike domains, three inboxes each.
* SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain before warmup. Warmup 14 days before the first campaign send. 30 sends per inbox per day at full warm, about 270 a day.
* Plain text, one link at most, physical address and opt out line on every email (CAN SPAM Act). Opt outs honoured within ten days and suppressed in every tool.
* Google Workspace inboxes because Google to Google mail lands best. Instantly is the warmup and sequencer, not an alternative to Google. OutEngine only if provisioning outgrows nine inboxes.

## LinkedIn rules

* Three seats under real names. Profile photo and banner show the building. 20 connection requests and 40 messages per seat per day. Stop on reply. Visit, connect with no note, day 3 message one, day 7 message two with the floor plan, day 14 message three with the tour link.

## Letter and phone rules

* Letters merge from the roll: owner name, mailing address, parcel address, just value. One page, signed by the licensed broker, brokerage name on the letterhead, QR code to a page with UTM tags.
* Phone only to businesses and to owners who received the letter. No cold calls to consumers. National and Florida Do Not Call lists scrubbed first. 8 am to 8 pm. No autodialing or texts without written consent (Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, TCPA).

## Attribution

One UTM scheme on every link: source is the channel, medium is the campaign id (N1, F1, B1), campaign is the offer. The Friday readback reads these back by campaign.
